Terms & Conditions

Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in. Pets are not allowed on the property unless specified otherwise.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Privacy Policy

Hotel Woodstone is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for reservation and communication purposes. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated areas. Violation of this policy may result in a cleaning fee. Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the privacy of other guests.

Force Majeure

Hotel Woodstone shall not be held liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
